Service Fees (recruiting cost + performance support cost + profit; ranges from 10% to 30% of gross pay)

One-time Placement Fee (10%-30% of gross pay for the remaining months of the year)

Differential Assignment

An option that enables you to add aligned people, but at a higher rate than you normally pay your people - so as not to compromise your wage and benefit structures.

We shift what would normally be our service fee dollars to our employee's pay so we can better attract candidates to work in your facility - especially in tight or wage competitive labor markets.
