You get people who are right for you. We are paid only if you hire them. Typically, we charge a percentage of the candidate's projected 1st-year earnings. Pricing considerations include the amount of search prep, complexity of the search, cost of additional platforms and advertising, and extra-ordinary candidate vetting.

We give special consideration to agreements where we are working more than one placement because much of the upfront work we do with you needs minimal amending for additional searches.

We try to be as economical as possible because we'd like for you to use us more than once!

Priced at:

A percentage of the candidate's projected 1st-year earnings, ranging from 10%-30%.

You pay us on an hourly basis, or within a monthly budget, to work part(s) of your recruiting and selection processes. Our customers have utilized this option when they need to scale their hiring efforts or need to augment their internal HR team.

 

We try to be as economical as possible because we'd like for you to use us as an extension of your team more than once!

 

Priced at:

An hourly rate for time worked, ranging from $75 - $150 per hour, or 

 

A fee per candidate we recruit and you interview, ranging from $250 - $500 per candidate.  

You pay us an upfront fee (retainer) to search for candidates who are right for you, regardless of the outcome.

We work with you to establish a budget and time frame and customize a search plan within it.

​

Our customers utilize this option to build up candidate pools and to build and sometimes manage PRN/ sub pools.

​

Typically, more time and resources are invested into these searches, but the upfront fee also buys our customers all of our work product (candidate records).

$1,000 - $5,000 per month, but the budget can be adjusted with notice.
