These are sequences of short messages that are communicated via email or text message to anyone you'd like; our contract staff in your workplace, new-hires we place with you, your new-hires, and/or your existing employees.

They provide a means of easy, consistent outbound messaging that we can manage for you (reminders of goals, procedural items, key actions, new initiatives, etc.) and outbound/ inbound engagement (Q&A, feedback, progress reporting, poll/ survey responses, etc.), the results of which can be funneled to whomever you designate.

Priced at:

$50 - $250 to set up a sequence, +

$25 per outbound batch and $100 per outbound/ inbound batch.

Planning and Tracking Tools

We call these coaching tools because they change the conversation between manager and employee, making follow-ups and suggestions frictionless. Instead of eliciting defensive or protective responses, you'll have enough insight into how your people plan their work and work their plan to ask helpful questions and make helpful suggestions; i.e. "I see your target date has pushed back a couple of times, is there anything I can do to help?" or "You look like you're way ahead of schedule on X, how are you managing to pull that off?" or "I like your plan, but I think you should also consider..."
